In 2011, CAC moved to a new 36,000 square foot facility located in a small corporate park in scenic West Chester, Pennsylvania. This single location is the home to nearly all of our design and production activities. Our building employs the latest technology in geothermal heating and cooling, providing both comfort and energy efficiency. We also do our part to protect the environment, actively recycling everything from paper products to metal panels.
CAC actively supports several charities, both financially and with volunteer time and energy of our employees. Some of our favorites include:
CAC warrants all of its products for three years from the original date of invoice (parts and labor). CAC may perform incoming inspection on systems returned for repair. If significant user damage is identified, CAC may decline to repair or replace the damaged components under warranty. In this case, our findings will be documented and the customer will be notified of the estimated replacement cost of the damaged components. The customer will be given the option to pay for the cost of these parts, or to have the unit returned without such repair. In any event, CAC will make every reasonable effort to repair under warranty any problems found with the unit.
Any product purchased from CAC may be returned within 30 days of original invoice if you are not satisfied. Any product returned to CAC must be in the original shipping container with original packaging, unless other arrangements are made with CAC in advance.
Please contact CAC to request a return materials authorization (RMA) number prior to shipment of the defective item.
