At Woodward McCoach, Inc., most of our workforce consists of engineers and software developers, highly skilled technicians, and a small number of administrative staff. We have a flat organizational structure and a policy of open communication. It is our goal to maintain the culture of a small company while achieving the results of a much larger one. Co-op Program with Drexel University
Woodward McCoach, Inc. has been an active member of the Drexel University co-op program for nearly two decades. Every six months, a new group of students are interviewed for positions on our engineering design teams. Many of our former co-op students return for one or more co-op cycles, and many of our full-time employees are Drexel graduates who previously participated in the co-op program.
